Our family-run home offers safe, dignified support for mental health, substance misuse, ARBD, and cognitive impairment.
Grangelodge is a residential care home registered by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
We aim to provide 24-hour care of a high standard of care to 32 individuals both female and male, who are aged 18 and over.
We have 28 single bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms.

The Home

Grangelodge was first opened in 1989 and was founded by Mr And Mrs CA & I Yahia, who saw a need to care for ethnic minorities in Cardiff's dock land area.
Over the years it has expanded to accommodate a variety of people with differing care needs and illnesses more specifically to wards Mental Health, substance Misuse and Alcohol related cognitive impairment.
Grangelodge remains a family run care home and is open to those who are generally not welcomed elsewhere due to complex care needs and challenging behaviour.
